Some of you may remember this shot from a year ago. Here I am in January of 2006 with my friends (from right to left) Madeleine, Stella and Pheobe.

Now, here we are one year later. Can you believe it....we're all grown up! And so much has changed. Phoebe and Stella have a new sister on the way, and Madeleine has moved to Singapore. Nevertheless, we have all stayed in touch. And this January we had a reunion in North Carolina. 

In addition to the photo shoot, we passed the time playing the typical children's games. Here I am moments before crushing my dad in chess. It's almost getting too easy. Right dad? 

Sometimes my dad takes so long to make a move, that I play solitaire on the side, just to occupy my mind. 

The best part of all, however, were the pajama parties. You don't really know pajama parties until you've been to a pajama party with Stella and me.  

It was so fun to see my old friends. But now that the reunion is over, I miss them.
