Zula's Tae Bo Video!

This morning I woke up and wondered what to do. After thinking for a moment, it came to me. "What if I made a Tae Bo workout video?"

Okay everyone...let's start with the right foot! Stretch those arms out! 

Then work the left knee while throwing your left hand into the air. That's right! You got it now girl. 

Tae Bo time-out everyone. Let's air-guitar! 

If you love Tae Bo like I love Tae Bo, kick those legs! 

Okay...now I'm ready for some real action.
